I worked closely with the stake holders in the business and managing the relationship with a global research company a international survey was developed with which had 750 global business leaders participate. Once the research had been collated, I worked with the research company to develop a narrative with data, delving into the data and creating thought leadershipand mini assets from the data.
Internal Workshops: I held workshops with all departments across the business to discuss the results and how this effected customers, sales, technology development and staff retention. I then divided up the content for each region, UK, USA, Singapore, Australia, Germany and France and developed the regional teams with their own tailored data.
Supporting Documents: The insight and data gained from the research report formed the backbone for future thought leadership articles, ebooks, presentations and sales conferences.
