The Chatter Challenge

A successful organic social media campaign created for a Salesforce.com implementation company. This company were huge users of a Salesforce.com tool called Chatter.

THE PLAN
I challenged the CEO to use Chatter for one month as her primary communication tool. Daily posts were published on Facebook, Google+ and Twitter, using the hashtag #ChatterChallenge.  Each week a blog was published describing what the CEO had learnt about chatter.  As the month progressed the information became progressively more and more complex. 
CHALLENGING CUSTOMERS
I created a guide for our customers on how they can recreate the Chatter Challenge in their workplaces. 
THOUGHT LEADERSHIP / BLOGGING
A weekly blog was published, reviewing the daily activities, this is now published on IT Central Station -The Chatter Challenge website.
CUSTOMER EVENT
An event was hosted demonstrating Chatter and how this can assist your workforce.
 

Chatter Challenge eBook

This Facebook Group saw a huge serge of members within the first few days of being launched.

With continued membership over the weeks, this group is a positive and engaging platform for local community and business owners to communicate and market their ethos to the community.

Social Media Campaign

As well as a robust social media campaign, which highlighted daily top tips from the challenge, there was also a slide share presentation which linked through to the Chatter Business Case.
