It's been a hot topic for a while now with plenty of businesses and individuals writing content about it, myself included Five Digital Marketing Disruptions'. Disruption is not a new topic, it's been around for 100's of years. And sport itself brings a whole new range of Individual Disruptors. As human beings, we are all striving to be the best in our own individual field and once in a while someone comes along who captures the attention of the world, and social media.

Usain Bolt: Fastest Man in the World


Playful and relaxed he floats on air with his incredible power, when Bolt swaggers into the stadium, the crowd goes wild, and when he commands silence with a simple gesture, everyone obeys. We all know as fans when Usain is competing everyone else is running for Silver.

Winner of three gold medals at the 1976 Summer Olympics in Montreal and the first gymnast to be awarded a perfect 10 at the Olympic Games. Her performance in 1976 Olympic Games redefined both her sport and audiences' expectations of female athletes.


Jonah Lomu: All Black Legend


New Zealand rugby union player, he was the youngest ever All Black when he played his first international in 1994 at the age of 19. He has been described as the first true global superstar of rugby union and as having a huge impact on the game. Lomu was considered 'rugby union's biggest drawcard', swelling attendances at any match where he appeared.
