Building a Global Content Hub: Strategically Powering the Modern Workplace

As part of a global content rollout at Condeco, I led the creation of a digital online resource hub — designed to give customers a central place to find, read, download, and engage with all of our existing and future content.
The goal was more than just better organisation.
It was about empowering our audience with the right insights at the right time — wherever they were in their workplace journey. I managed the full scope of this initiative: mapping existing assets, auditing their performance, managing updates, and creating fresh content tailored to our global audience.
Content matrix
To bring order and strategic alignment, I built a content matrix powered by industry-relevant keywords. This matrix did more than organise—it laid the groundwork for smart search engine functionality on the live site. By identifying content gaps and overlap, the matrix helped guide both content creation and discoverability, ensuring that we addressed key user needs while staying aligned with our brand voice and positioning.
The result was a streamlined, intuitive experience for customers — and a powerful internal tool that helped the marketing and sales teams align on messaging and customer journey.
