As part of Condeco’s annual Global Workplace Research Project, I had the opportunity to project manage and create the framework for one of the company’s most influential thought leadership initiatives to date.
This ambitious project brought together insights from over 760 workplace leaders around the world, with the goal of examining the key trends driving change in the way we work — and questioning just how prepared businesses really are for the future.

A Global Perspective
We gathered data from a diverse range of industries and regions to uncover how technology, culture, flexibility, and space utilisation are transforming the workplace. The insights formed the backbone of the 2019 Workplace Research Paper, providing businesses with real-world benchmarks, emerging patterns, and clear opportunities for adaptation and growth.
Strategic Deliverables
This wasn’t just about publishing a report. We developed a suite of supporting assets to engage different audiences and bring the findings to life:
📊 Global Workplace Infographic – visualising key stats and trends at a glance
🧠 Thought Leadership Programme – turning insights into impactful content across multiple platforms
🏢 Smart Buildings Infographic – exploring the role of technology in tomorrow’s offices
❓ Do You Know Your Workplaces? – a quiz-style infographic prompting leaders to assess their readiness
Driving Thought Leadership
The research provided a foundation for media features, webinars, and keynote presentations, and positioned Condeco as a trusted voice in the evolving workplace conversation. It wasn’t just data — it was actionable intelligence for organisations navigating constant change.
By connecting with hundreds of workplace professionals and turning their collective experience into a clear, strategic narrative, this project helped define how global businesses think about space, technology, and the human side of work.
