As part of a wider digital strategy in (back in 2019), I developed and delivered a campaign to position Condeco UK as a thought leader in the workplace technology industry — with a strong, purposeful focus on promoting women in technology.
This multifaceted strategy included the creation of high-quality thought leadership articles addressing trends, innovation, and leadership in the modern workplace. I launched a dedicated “Women in Technology” landing page, showcasing female voices across the business and spotlighting industry contributions from women at all levels.

All-female panel
A highlight of the campaign was organising and promoting an all-female panel at the 3rd Workplace Innovation Forum — an inspiring and dynamic conversation that drew strong industry engagement. In addition, I contributed to the AI in the Workplace ebook, securing a guest chapter that explored the impact of artificial intelligence through a gender-inclusive lens.

This strategic approach shifted the narrative.
We weren't just talking about innovation — we were demonstrating leadership through inclusive action. By putting women at the forefront of our content and conversations, we helped boost talent attraction, improve brand perception, and generate meaningful engagement within the workplace technology sector.
This wasn't simply about representation — it was about building a future-focused voice for Condeco, one that reflects the evolving nature of work, leadership, and innovation.
